The Miltex dental implant instruments include osteotomes, bone spreading chisels, bone grafting and sinus lift instruments. Our extensive osteotome line includes convex and concave osteotomes, with and without stops as well as curved (off set) and straight osteotomes.  Our line also includes Progressive Osteotomes which are used to prepare the implant site in the maxillary area where the bone density is a 3 or 4.  We also carry a line of bone Spreading Osteotomes with sharp and blunt ends. 

Miltex’s line of bone spreading chisels includes Freer single and double cut chisels and straight or curved graduated chisels.  The Freer Chisels have an extremely sharp tip which makes it possible to incise and widen ridges during implant preparations.  The Graduated chisels are used to widen the ridges during implant preparations and are available in a 3.8mm and a 7.5mm. 

Our bone grafting instruments include, bone compactors, bone grinder, bone basin, and Brun bone curettes.   

Miltex Sinus Lift instruments include 9 different Sinus Lift Elevators and Curettes.  The lightweight, wider diameter stainless steel handle helps reduce hand and wrist fatigue while aiding in the lifting of sinus membranes for implant preparation.

    • No, currently Miltex only sells instruments to aid in placing of dental implants.
  • Can I purchase replacement stops for the Osteotomes with stops?
    • No, Miltex does not sell the stops individually.
  • Are the Instruments for Dental Implants made out of stainless steel?
    • Yes, the Miltex Instruments for Dental Implants are all made out of stainless steel.
  • Can the dental chisels be re-sharpened?
